## Lesson: Looking Back After You Learn

When you finish a project or a topic at school, there is one more step. You can think back over how it went. This is called reflecting. It is not about whether you got a good grade. It is about what helped you and what was hard.

**Example.** Priya just finished a book report. Instead of putting it away, she asks herself three questions: What helped me the most? What part confused me? What would I do differently next time? She realizes reading a chapter each night helped, but rushing the last page made her miss some details.

*(drawing: These steps happen after you finish, not while you're still working.)*

**Tip.** You already know how to teach something back and how to learn from a mistake. Reflecting adds one more habit: pause after you're done and ask what worked and what you would change.

**Recap.** After you finish something, pause and ask what helped, what was confusing, and what you'd try next time.
