List every recurring charge with its price and renewal day. Then turn each monthly price into a yearly one by multiplying by 12. A free trial becomes a paid plan the moment its clock runs out, since silence means yes. Before any trial, find its exact end date and set your own reminder two days earlier. Cancelling inside the trial is safe, and you normally keep access until the end date. **Example.** An app costs 8 a month or 72 for the year. Times 12, the monthly path costs 96, so the yearly plan wins if you keep it all year. Then hold the winner next to buying the tool outright before you decide. **Tip.** Pause suits a short break, since your files wait while charges stop, but a paused plan still renews later. Cancel anything you will not miss.
