## Ready when they can

- State the four conditions that make an agreement real: freely given, informed, specific, and open to being withdrawn at any point
- Read a short scenario and name which pressure move is running (urgency, guilt, secrecy, seniority)
- Describe how they would check that someone still agrees, and what they do the moment the answer changes

## Lesson: Agreement that actually counts

Agreement counts only when it is freely given, informed, specific and still current. Miss any one of the four and you do not have agreement.

**Example.** Learn the pressure moves: urgency that rushes you, guilt that shames you, secrecy that hides the plan, and seniority that leans rank on you. A yes under any of them is not agreement.

Check that someone still agrees before and during, in plain words. The moment the answer changes or goes quiet, stop and treat the withdrawn yes as final.

**Tip.** Afterward, respect the no without punishment or coldness. How you act after a no proves whether the yes was ever free.
