The lesson
You already know how to count to 100. Numbers past 100 work the same way. After 100, just keep counting: 101, 102, 103, all the way to 120.
Ravi reads the numeral 108. He sees 1 hundred, 0 tens, and 8 ones, so he says one hundred and eight.
To read one of these numbers, say hundred first, then the last two digits like you already know them. 115 is one hundred and fifteen.
To write these numbers, use 3 digits. The first digit is always 1, because every number here is past 100 but not yet 200.
After 100, keep counting the same way: 101, 102, 103, all the way up to 120.
