Make decisions as a group and act on them: listen to each person's idea, look for an option most people can accept, and vote when the group can't agree; then help carry out what was decided, even if you voted differently

The lesson
When a group must decide, listen first. Hear every idea before you pick one. Try to find a choice most people like.
Five friends can't agree on a game. They vote, and tag wins with three votes. Even the two who picked differently join in.
If your idea doesn't win, that is okay. You can still help make the plan work. Helping is part of deciding together too.
