The lesson
You can build a shape from parts. Sticks make straight sides. Clay balls join the corners.
Mia gets three sticks and three clay balls. She puts a ball at each corner. The sticks connect the balls. Now she has a triangle.
Drawing shapes is a bit different. Keep your sides straight and even. A rectangle needs four straight sides. Make sure the corners meet.
You already know 3-D shapes. A cube is a 3-D shape too. Build one with straws and connectors. Push several straws into one connector at each corner.
