The lesson

Not every math problem needs the same tool. Some you solve in your head. Some need paper. Some need a picture. Picking the right one makes math faster and clearer.

Try it together

Leo sees 25 × 4. The numbers are friendly, so he solves it in his head: 100. Then he sees 167 × 3. The numbers are bigger and trickier, so he writes it out step by step instead of guessing.
