Count a set of objects to answer 'how many?' for sets up to 20 (arranged in lines, arrays, circles, or scattered)
What a learner can do afterwards
- Accurately count up to 20 objects in a line
- Count up to 10 scattered objects without losing track
- Given a number 1–20, count out that many objects from a larger set

You already know how to count one thing at a time. Now you will count bigger groups, all the way up to 20.

Good to know
If someone asks for 12 blocks, count out 12 and stop. Do not grab extra blocks by accident.
