The lesson
Listening means using your eyes and ears. Look at the person talking. Show you understand by answering their question.
Zoe's friend says her dog got lost. Zoe looks at her and asks, 'Did you find him?' Zoe listened and asked about the dog.
If you are not sure, ask them to repeat it. That shows you are still listening.
Listen with your eyes and ears, then wait your turn to talk.
